Founder & Executive Director
A practitioner first, and still one.
The Orchid Haven grew from years of hands-on practice, supporting learners and families, developing therapists, and seeing first-hand the difference between simply knowing ABA and practising it well. At its heart was a simple conviction: every learner deserves a practitioner who is skilled, ethical, intentional, and committed to doing their very best work.
That conviction continues to shape how Oray leads The Orchid Haven today. Her work spans practice, training, supervision, professional development and advocacy, while remaining grounded in the realities of the people ABA serves. The standard is simple: see the person before the programme, practise the science with care, and use it intentionally to improve everyday lives.
